The Christmas and the Weekend that Followed

This year's christmas was definately something different. So instead of the usual traditional 24th dinner, mum suggested we go out for dinner. Dad wanted in to be a suprised and we ended up having mexican! I wanted something different alright but not this diff...*bah* Not only was it an odd cuisine but the atmosphere itself was depressing...really..mostly cause everyone was missin my aunt I suppose..

Service was a little different as well. There was a play incooperated into the service and the whole service really kicked off my christmas spirit. Went home aroun 1 something and opened gifts. I got dresses mostly and the real suprise was my parent's gift.

A PSP!! This time it was a gadghet instead of a handbag...lol..Now all I have to do is learn to work this thing...and Yes am a computing student...Oh and his name is Marco! :D

Christmas day was the usual with my dad's frenz over and some church members. Headed back to seremban the next day. The depressing atmosphere followed us there as well. But my aunts really helped change the mood around. Chilled out and ate too much as alwayz...lol..went to the mall for a bit and as alwayz when I go there,I itch to get something. Ended up with more tank tops...my current craze!! We decided to catch a midnight flick so got tickets and all.

Came back for dinner cause my grandma absolutely hatez when we go to her place and go out for dinner, and its really difficult getting her out to dinner too so we've givin up..really...went back to the mall and we ended up playin pool which was soo amusin..haha

We catched the premier of:

I've alwayz been a big fan of Adam Sandler. His truly funny. But some scenes I thought was too "scary movie" material.Bugsy was very cute though!! He had my baby's eyes..haha. I think thats what they did added chiuwauwua eyes to him.Lol

Movie finished aroun 12 something and we went for supper after that to the mamak nearby. When we got back, we realized the door was locked.Haha..so my uncle did the whole sneakin in thing he use to do when he was younger to get us in...haha. I think its easier if its a single story house!

Got home the next day at noon and here I am bumming aroun. I seriously can't wait for college to start back! I hate feeling sooo unproductive...*bah*...

This is one of my favourite time of the year! You can literally feel all the love being spread around.I truly cherish the time spent with family and frenz. The lovely decorations and awesome food! It's definately a wonderful holiday! Am seriously lovin the overdose of fruitcake!..haha

The Christmas Carol

The last day before holz are usually very relaxed and its difficul to concentrate in class.Thats exactly what happened. The first class of the day was Information System and the lecturer for this class is real leniant. Therefore its usually quiet noisy,amazingly this sem I've been rather quiet in class.The only time we talk is during break, which is really a big difference from last sem. Anyhoos the lecturer lost her patience and I dont really blame her. She went into a full on lecture about disrespect and left class. I seriously felt like I was back at highskool...though lectures like tht were more frequent..lol

The rest of the classes of the day was a breezy. Logic was stressful though which reminds me I should do a revision session on it during the holz. Class finished at exactly 6. We had a "field trip" today to watch a play at KL Pac. It was actually for the T.E 2 class but some of us decided to tag along anywayz..Left to Prem's place in Brickfields so he could change. The federal highway was messed up with the usual rush hour trafic. We entertained ourselves with random convo. Everything from lawyers,music and somehow we ended up on the subject of Twilight..*bah* Then we headed to find out way to KL Pac. Got lost somewhere near Pudu, thankgoodness Prem knew his way around. And his from JB! Seriously KL should have better signboards laa!!

Reached there around 7 something and got dinner at a Japanease restaurant. Bumped into Michelle and Jacquline. Managed to make it into the theater just in time . We watched:

This was the Charles Dicken's adaptation of the Christmas Carol.It was real good for a Malaysian Production. Especially the singing. There was the small kid who had a solo,he must be aroun 8 or 9 and he was amazing! There wasnt much dancing though just a bit here and there.

Eric dropped off Vidyaha first and then Bryan and Nicholas and finally me. I got home around 12. I was superr dead tired cause I got back aroun that time as well after practice at church...

The play really kicked on my Christmas spirit...

Lately I've just been so busy with college and also carolling practices at church.It's been crazy hectic so thats why the major lack of updates!

I've been up and about at a few malls, mainly shopping for shoes rather clothes..haha..which explains why am rather broke so sooon...*bah*..I think I went to Nose every oppurtunity I got...!

The malls were lovely with christmas deco. And I've been eating wayy 2 much..

3 Months Later

I've been feeling the need to get a haircut lately. This itchness kicks in every 3 months or so la!

So after college got mum to drop me off the salon and told the lado something and cam out with this!:

But I like it!

Though am miss my longer hair a tiny bit..haha

A Talk and Twlight

There was this talk today at Taylors Subang,so instead of class we had to go there in replacement.Met up with Prem and Ben in the morning at the lab.Was suppose to work on the binary exercise but I got rather distracted and chilled online.Edwin came later and Eric came to pick us up aroun 1.

Had lunch at Asia Cafe.And saw some of the students from our campus there,apparently quite a few lecturers got the idea to do a "talk" replacement..lol..camwhored a lil!

We were on our way to the talk when we got caught by the Hitz cruisers. They gave some free stuff..gum,drinks,car stickers n all. And had some games.Prem won the first one.He got some tickets for a party.The 2nd game was a water game so most of us pulled out but Prem went through. It really didnt like he was winning at first but somehow in the end he did..lol..won a cadbury prize bag and Jusco voucher.

When the talk was over, some of the others wanted to dota and such but I really wanted to watch Twilight so Eric was nice enough to teman me.We left the rest at the train station in Subang, it was rain cats and dogs there! Then headed to pyramid. Went we entered Sunway, it was just drizzling a lil...like wth!..messed up Malaysian weather....We reached just in time to get the tickets and go into the theater. I was superr excited..haha..this usually never happened before! But its cause when I read the book, I had all these images in my head and I was anticipating to watch it for real!

The movie was real good!! Cept for some cheesy lines...for the sequals I really hope they hire a new script writer and also a new make up artist because some of the actors make up were a bit weird...but Robert Pattertison and Kristin Stuart did a great job!!! Its was lovelyyy!

I got home at around 6 something and then left to church for practice. Then had bak ku teh that night...usually I never like bak ku teh but I was seriously down with the cold! To the point that I was tired of sneezing...

I blame the weather!!!

A Little Breather

One of the lecturers who teaches 2 class this sem was not well so she cancelled her class for the day, therefore we had ample time. Therefore a few of us went to pyramid. I was wanting to watch Twilight but have been tortured for it for random reasons but mostly just cause am a huge fa of the series! and everyone else refused to watch it so they decided to watch...

Only the 3D version was able that day. And the line at the cinema was forever...Had a quick lunch at A&W and managed to reach the movie in time.It was pretty good but there really wasnt much point in watching it in 3D. The storyline was the typical Disney story but it was cute!

Went back to college after that and had one class for the day.Then just chilled in the lab after...

I have yet to watch Twilight!!!

Soooo have to watch it by this week...
I would a disappointing fan than...

The 2nd Sem

I guess I sorta missed college in a wayy..I missed productive dayz!

It was really good to see everyone specially the family!!

I only have 3 subjects this sem. Introduction to Logic,Introduction to Information System and Practical I.T skills.

Am only dreading Logic,mostly because its something to do with math and Binary numbers!

Looks like all the group projects are gonna be a family thing. And this time am gonna push for "no more procrastination" motto!!! I dont think I can put up with no sleep for 2 weeks straight again....

The scheledule looks gruesome.The good part is that I start at 10 everyday. This is because am not taking English this sem. Since its a crash course thing, 3 subjects is enough! The bad part is I finish at 6 on most dayz. I dont do well of non stop studying for 5 hrs straight!!

I do not like studying in Dec...!
Maybe I do not know freaking how!!!

The Nice Quiet Dayz

The holz are almost over with a few hrs left and looking back at my very ambitious "to-do" list.I barely accomplished it!! I only finished "P.S I Love You" from my reading list. The book is quite different from the movie actually.I really enjoyed it!! I should go get more books by Cecelia Ahern!

I didnt go to the gym at all and am currently sorting my last sem notes.Their halfway organized!
I barely didnt anything on tht list!..*bah*

I did a bit of shopping yester.Got a bunch of shoes at Nose!!!! Gosh I feel like am in heaven whenever I go there, I think they have one of the best shoes.

Well in conclusion, my holz was very relaxin! I really need to just chill...

Am gonna find space for my shoes!

A Baking Spree!

Esther suggested a baking day spree since some of us were on holz at the gathering so we decided to do it today. I somehow got myself outta of bed around 9 something..miraculously!..got ready and went over to her place at around 10. Rachel Q was already there and they were almost done with Esther's receipe which was a chocolate tirimisu thing:

Then we moved on to Rachey's chocolate cheese cake receipe.That one required quite a bit of work.After we put hers into the over, I worked on my ginger cookies. They turned out pretty well.

So since we were on a roll, we decided to try chocolate cip scones. Well that didn't turn out too well at all..lol..tasted rather weird! Haha..after that we chilled for a gossip/facial/manicure session. And also we obessesed over Twilight! Lol.Went for dinner after, it was a real nice chinese place.For dessert we headed to this cute lil gelato Esther recommended.The ice-cream was lovely! And the one the waiters there was totally hittin on Esther,it was sooo amusin! :D

Went back and took out Rachel's cake after 6 hrs of being refreigrated.It turned out perfect!!

Hanged out for a bit, having more desert and exchanging more recipes.I went back around 10 something.It was a wonderful time with the gurlz!!We should do this some time soon ya...!
