Single-ness,Flowers and Alcohol...Happy Valentine's Ya'll!

Today is officially "single-awareness day" also known to many as Valentine's Day. Usually I'd hide out at home but this year since I was working, I had to witness this day first hand. Got dad to drop me off at work since I woke up late...I've suffering fom insomnia lately...I spent the night before going down twice for cereal and random tidbits!..Bumped into Adam on the wayy, told him to tell Rachey I'll be meeting them at 2.Work was not that bad...I learnt how to fold t-shirts properly!

I was dying of boredom so got off an hour earlier but when I was just about to sms Chel and tell her am gonna be early, she msged me and told me they're at a movie and will meet me at 3...*bah*...so I was contempleting if I should wait or go home..cause really the atmosphere around was just down right depressing...but Chel convinced me to stay...thankz dear!:)..I passed time at Popular...that place is so much like a library sometimes...Chel came and got me an hour or so later with a lovely hug and valentines greeting.....Met up with the others:

Shauny had to go off cause he had church. Said goodyez and we went to hunt for a restaurant.I was seriously starvin and didn't eat anything and it was already 3 something. On the way to the restarant, we found this purple balloon floating on the ceiling. Adam and Pete got it with their basketball skills..lol..Ended up n Asian Avenue..I had no idea there were so many restaurants there! After checkin out the whole aisle, we agreed on this kopitiam-ish place..yes I forgot the name :D

The was this bunch of people from U-Mobile giving away more ballons so we got the guyz to get it for us. But the balloon was so tiny apparently there was ia hole in it so Pete decided to sent it to better place. Adam calls it Balloon Heaven.

Pete got tired of seeing couples everywhere and he decided to get a valentines. N he asked...Me!! I was sooo honored...

But I totally un-impressed when he gave me his finger instead of flowers..

I really really wanted flowers!! To the point I plainly needed ice-cream..2 huge scoops of rum n raisin!!

So when we wandering about, Adam suddenly needed to use the restroom. While waiting for him, we entertained ourselves yet again :)

Pete chased behind him screamning.."It's not what you think" It really was a hilarious sight...lol
We bumped into Kimberly Wan after. Catched with her for a bit and then Pete's dad called and he had to go. Walked him to the enterance, on the way Pete suddenly turned to Chel and was like "I can't help smiling whenever I look at you" She was processing that and suddenly it clicked to her..lol..and she went "omg I nearly fell for that" That boy is really charming. I'm glad he was my valentine! :)We saw another balloon after. He tried to get us for us but it was wayy to high..*sigh*..Said goodbye to him and we catched up on gurlie gossip while waiting for Adam. Suddenly he shows up with these two lovely boquets and went " You two would make very lousy girlfriends if your bf wanted to suprise you" It really was a lovely suprise! Apparently the trip to the bathroom was diversion..He seeked to the other side to get us the flowers..Yup Sunway bathrooms are cool like tht!

Ever since discovering the wanders of sushi, that's all I want to have for dinner all the time..lol..Thank Goodness Chel was in the mood for it as well... So we went to sakae Sushi. The line was about 10 minutes long. We finally got a nice little corner. Food was great! Was superr full..

After the long job hunt...

I FINALLY got a job!

At British India.I applied at Mid Valley but the HR guy was nice enough to get me a place at Pyramid.I was suppose to start last Monday but thankz to the chickenpox, I started today.

I took the bus there! Gosh I was super paranoid. I was afraid it was going to go to KL Sentral. I was going through the conversation am gonna have with my dad in my head about how I ended up there. Got there in one piece.But I was a tiny bit late.

Got there and the met the manager. His still guy with amazing legs..seriously! Like his skinny jeans totally showed it off..Met the rest of the workers..some of them don't seem too friendly though..

The manager showed me how to iron stuff and all. The store has this very relaxed vibe. Like they play fusion music all day. Sort of zen in a way. The prices of the clothings are rather insane though. Like the cheapest shirt is over 200. And this is not some major designer either..Goshhhh..No wander not many people walk in...

Got done with my 4 hours and dad came and got me. Am seriously sooo dead tired...

I know I was so physed to get a job but am not sure how many of this kind of dayz I can take..

Just got a call from Chel.Apparently we're going to Petrosains 2moro! Haha..leave it to her to come with such awesome plans :D I guess I'll come up with some awesome excuse for work tomorrow..And it's only my 2nd day...

Behind Closed Doors

I was so sure of the vaccination...even though I got it years back..I can't really remember exactly..I really thought it was a 100%. So I went around boasting about my extraordinary immune system...even though i was going around college.

Big Mistake!
Gosh am sooo gonna kill you Huzni...!!!!

Apparently the vacinnation is NOT 100%. Its 99 point something...rawr!!!!!!

So now I have the chickenpox. Yes I know it's better if you would have gotten it over with when you were young but thanks to the immunization I got the mild version so it's not that bad.

I'm currently being quarantined in my room.Food gets set up and water. I'm only to go out to use the bathroom..even my baby is not allowed near me!!!!! Gosh what he forgets me or thinks I hate him cause I keep chasing him away..Everytime he comes near my room and just stares at me...I wander what his thinking..haha....My dad is taking huge precautions cause my brother and sister hasn't gotten it yet. It's been 5 dayz....5 very looong dayz...Enrique has been my only friend.Thank God his very entertaining. So that's why you might have seen me online for slightly under 24 hrs.I've been piling up on the DVD's.Whatever lame ass movie I can find that is bearable.

I went to the clinic on friday and the doctor said it wasn't going to be bad and didn't give me much medication but the next day proved likewise so I prescribed myself some antiviral with the help of Google which turned out to be a darn good thing cause it dried up real fast and now I don't look too dott-ish.

Movie recommendations anyone?

And everyone in that class is from the school of hospitality..Its not they're not hospitable/friendly...I just need time to warm up...Am afraid they're goin to think am plain right cold...

Am in need of a new TV show...last holz Gossip Girl kept me happy...Thiru don't you have anything new!..hahaha....

Job Hunting Inclusive of a Gurlie Outing

After a week of tra-la-la-ing around doing natta.I decided to go look for a job.So I msged Rachey early morning hence that being 12am and asked if she could teman me and the dear gurlie agreed!

Somehow manage to wake up at around 10 something and Sonya came over.Ber-gossiped with her and got ready...yes am trying to make use of words am learning in bahasa kebangsaan class...hahaha...dad dropped us off at the pedestratioan across...you know I have a serious phobia for pedestrians..its like am afraid they'll somehow crash down to the ground...I blame all those weird sci-fi movies...Had breakfast and chilled...rachey came in the afternoon and we begun job hunting! Started out in Forever 21 and it went on to Padini,Tower Records,Popular and the list goes on.Gosh some places are so rascist! I went into MNG and the first thing she says when I ask for vacany is "Oh we only take chinese"...like wth! I heard of rascim but never experienced it..guess it really does exist!...

I tried out GUESS,..it was hilarious..they want a "malay guy" only..no idea why though..probably they're trying to keep some race quota or something.We took a break and decided to go window shopping. I'm really starting to like Forever 21! They brought in this whole bunch of fendoras...absolutely awesome!!..I sooo want one!Tried on a couple of stuff...I really liked this dress

Decided to watch a movie and we found something that goes along pefectly with our outing.We watched:

Finalz are over...part 2

Finalz are over ppl!!!!...And am done with my second semester...

Wow does time fly!

One more sem and am off to do my degree...

The truth is am not too pleased with myself this time around. I feel like I didnt put all my effort in studying this time around. Maybe mostly because my whole day started out in utter caos!!!

My fucked up alarm!!! I was suppose to wake up at 2am to study but by some miracle I automatically woke up at 6 and started cursing my head off....and later felt like crawling in a corner and crying. I got myself together and started studying for practical I.T.And since the lecturer didnt give us much tips on it, I just randomly studied whatever I could. Got an sms from Prem asking if I could come early and go through I.S with him..I was wandering why that instead of I.T..

Hurried off to college and the stupid morning choas in the morning did not help the situation but it did give me time to go through my Information System. Managed to reach in time and when I got to the lab yelling "what am I suppose to be study for i.t?" I get this odd stare and everyone goes "why you worrying bout tht,I.S is first. I thought they were messin around so I went n checked on the board and there it was in bold 9:00a.m - Information System. WTF!!!! I was about to faint. I calmed down and went through notes here and there. Somehow managed to do the exam and am hoping for at least a B. Thank God I already passed with my coursework percentage.

Had quick lunch and when we got back, the whole class was at the lab studying/facebooking/gaming.I found today that we actually have access to past year papers in the library!! WOW..haha..I know am an awesome student...lol..went through the papers and found repeated questions and went through them. Thank goodness we did cause those questions came out, the rest of the paper was so-so..again am hoping to just pass...I messed up the html part.I think I read the instructions all wrong...*bah*

After I.T, there was a gathering for the March intake students. Its their final sem so it was sort of a farwell thing as well.Had a couple of lecturers come in and talk about the difference between Computer Science and Information Technology. That took a while.

Was suppose to have a sort of class gathering after but as alwayz, the moment "holiday" is heard.Everyone flies away back to their hometown. So everyone flew off by evening.It ended up being a me and eric hang out then. Had dinner at Kenny Rogers. Actually I wanted Nando's but since I only wanted salad,he insisted that no way that we only go there for that..hence ending up in Kenny Rogers. We bumped into all our lecturers...hahahah...that was real hilarious. My english lecturer came in and was like "Hey we followed you?"..And we saw the rest of our lecturers behind us...haha

After dinner, we went and checked out the theater and I bumped into Benji.Checked out the movies but there wasnt anything nice that I wanted to watch so we decided to go bowling.Which turned out to be not a so good idea after all...after a few games my fingers were hurting and all I got was a whole bunch of gutter balls...I really need to brush up on the game...Any takers?....Decided to go for drinks after as a sort of a celebratory thing.Ended up in rainforest.I decided to try tequila!I kinda liked it.Had a couple of drinks and as some of you know..I get tipsy quite fast so yeah thats what happened...haha...I think I tortured Eric..seriously..thankz for putting up with me man...I hope my rambling didnt drive you insane...*bah*...Somehow manage to get home in one piece and with no obvious trace what so ever.I think my maid noticed though...cause I wanted to dump my shoes in the kitchen...landed on myy bed and clug to it.And thats when Benji calls,I really need to check what I said to him..I called Thiru after and he gave me a bit of a prediction of what would happen in the next few minutes...

I ended throwing up which was no suprise cause my stomach has been quesy all week...Woke up this morning aching all over...gosh am still tired...I think am gonna sleep for the rest of the day!

Well am officialy on holz for 2 months darlinzzzz!!!!

Finals are this week. My head is all over the place cept in the study/concentration mode.

Everyone in the house is trying to act like its all ok but I know better...
Even I think am okies until I put more thought into the situation..

Thank God I only have 2 subjects for this sem...

It's logic and practical I.T that I fear.

Maybe I fear logic cause I have yet to study for it...

I seriously need to get it together!!

I'm Going to Miss You So Much Aunt Pat

It started out a very typical day yesterday. Eric dropped me off after college at around 4. Grabbed some cereal and bummed in front of the tv. Mum was off at the home, my sis was well around and it was nice and quite for some leisure time. At around 5 something or so, I got a phone call from my grandma..deep down I knew this was the phone call I feared..she was crying and told me my aunt was gone. I just held the phone and proccesed those words slowly. I passed the phone to my grandpa and called my dad is singapore straight away and told him to tell my mum cause no way was I going to do it. I went and told my sis and she started screamning at me. I just went to my room and turned on my music and allowed myself to cry.

My mum came home devestated and we went over to her place. Everyone was there. Family, relatives, what not. Dad came over at about 11 something and we spent the night there.

The funeral was the next day at noon. I never really cried that much the last few months that she was sick but my emotions burst from its bottle today. My dad gave a speech and I cried the most I think. I think the whole funeral process was very thereputic for me..like all the emotions that I've kept in me the last few months came out.

I came home tired. Tired from all the crying, emotional tired...Her daughter is gonna stat with us from now on. I can see everyone around me is just emotional drained. As the saying goes...Only Time Can Heal the Pain..

Dear Aunty Pat,

You have alwayz been such an amazing person. You had a great heart and alwayz gave instead of taking. I know I was ungrateful sometimes and am sorry. You will alwayz be like a second mum to me like I've alwayz said every since I was young. I know I took that for granted sometimes and there were times where I've said hurtful things, but I never meant anything by it. Thank you for all the countless times you've made me smile or went out of your way to do so. I will alwayz remember those last nights at your house where we talked about everything and your countless advice. Thank you for alwayz listening to me when I needed to be listnened to and spoiling me when I needed to be.Knowning that you wont be there anymore at some of the biggest moments in my life makes me very sad. Remember the countless times we talked about my wedding and my children and how you are suppose to be babysit them and threnten to tell them things you're not to suppose to..lol...that makes me sad..that you won't be here to do that. Sometimes I can't believe that you're gone. I really can't..There at times I wanna pick up the phone and call you just to hear you...

I'm sorry I didnt visit you as much as I should have the last few months. It was really too painful and I didn't know how to deal with my emotions. I remember the last thing you said to me..you reminded me to feel..to let my emotions run through me and feel for another..and I will alwayz remember that and work towards that. You're strength through the pain will alwayz inspire me to fight..through anything that life throws at me..I've alwayz admired you for being such a wonderfully strong person.

I love you so much and am really gonna miss you.Thank you for being apart of my life.

The first week:
-The Summary-

It took a few dayz for my body to get use to insane schelude again.At least the timetable is slightly improved.We dont have classes on friday again but then its only for 2 weeks than its finalz.*bah*

We somehow found out on Sunday at Starbucks when we sat to start on our assignment that it was due the next day. Yes we are amazin students! Next thing you know we were msging me ppl for help and asked if they were done and soon enought we caused a string of panic.Lol Was there all evening finishing work.

Most of my days are spent in the lab. And the subjects this sem are such a bore.Cept for logic, even though am not big fan of numbers, it is rather challenging.

On tuesday I felt the urge for ice-cream and dragged Eric to Swensen.I heart rum n raisin!

I still haven't found my studying momentum. This is seriously not good!! I need to go into geek mode latest by next week...!

Decided to look for my geeky side at the library on friday but it didnt really work. Had lunch with Benji and his frenz. It was really good to catch up with him! Came home and slept till 8. I really needed catch up sleep anywayz..
