Books!

When I get started on a book and it slowly reels me in, which not all that I read have the same effect,it feels like am apart of it.A character watching the whole story unfold from nearby.I see the world built in words so clearly before me that whenever I look away from the book that I have to remind myself of reality.I see the color of the leaves falling during fall,I feel the chills of winter and at times I feel so deeply for what the characters feel that my own emotions are so stirred up that there are tears running down my face.Only the good ones capture me this wayy and take me away.

These are the two that captivated me lately:

This is about a girl who moves into her mother's hometown when a tornado hits her home.The story begins with her strungles in this small,historical place and meeting new people there.As the story unfolds,she realizes her gift to speak to ghosts.This was very similar to ghost whisperer.Even the main characters share the same name.But somehow this explored the emotional side of each person that more on the ghost.That was what made it different.

"First Edward was a vampire.

Second, There was a part of him - and I didnt know how dominat that part might be - that he thristed for my blood.

And third ,I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him."

This is gonna be released as a movie in December and I can't wait! It's about a girl,Isbella,who moves to into the sleepy,misty town of Forks to escape the reality of her mum and her new fiance.There she meets Edward,with pale skin and goddess like beauty that captives her the very first time she locked eyes with him.From then on she's so intrigued by him that she continuely persues him but he hides a secret.His beauty and unnatural powers show that he is really a vampire.And so the story unfolds.The author describes Edwards in such a wayy that I ended up having a crush on him.lol.The book jacket which shows the forbidden fruit from the Garden of Eden,that was the kinda of love that these two characters shared.I did a little reserch on wikipedia :D It has two more books to the series.I soo have to get it soon!

This really made me ponder on why we go for the forbidden and wrong.Is it the emotion exhilaration that we seek or the danger that thrills.We can't deny it's somewhere there deep down and yes I've been down that road quite a few times.Where you know it's wrong..yetz..curiousty kills I suppose..I guess thats what makes us dive off the cliff and pray to God that you are somehow miraculously caught.

My final geometry book lies next to me.
The most dreaded one in the series. I think I hate geometry so much because I can't freakin draw for nuts!
Yea in case you didn't know I did not get the creative gift that's in my family.Somehow I got skipped la!My mum use to help me with my art homework when I was 7 cause I use to get D's for assaignments.Yes it's that bad....

Its just been created.

I'm just feeling so trapped. Being in a box that has barely any room and the whole thing is sealed.
Am running out of air and patience.
There are times where am at the verge of exploading.But then I go through the stop and breathe procedure and stuff all these emotions back in. I don't know for how long more I can pull this off.And I doubt this will go away anytime soon. It's alwayz been there all these years and I guess will alwayz be...Sometimes I wish they would just see me from me and not who they want to see..I wish I could just put down my guard once and for all!If only if it were that simply.But then I rather be on a deserted island then do tht..

They say honesty is alwayz the best but here it is not.Really.How long can all this go on for? Damn I'm just gonna jinx the whole situation la..*knocks on wood*....Seriously I dont even wanna go there.I just wanna it to go on forever so I never have the deal with it all.

I can't really go into details because its complicated.
And I just don't wanna think about it too much.Maybe that's why.

P.S: This was on 23rd May...I realized I didn't post.*bah*

Went to skool since its the last day and all.I thought I would end up reading for the whole day and didn't mind so much since I haven't done so in a while and my birthday gift from esther has not been touched.But instead I was entertained for the whole day by random people which was quite enjoyable.Mostly eddy actually and joey.We ended up making speechs for the osmmys (grammy/oscars) and ended up roleplaying with rachel and zoe..haha..which was rather intersting.Therefore I only ended up reading one chapter of my "Northanger Abbey"...*bah*...

My sis and Sonya left with Zoe cause they were following her home and going to pyramid.I hanged out with rachey,elliot,sheryln and marielle while waiting for benji to come.Sheryln was explaining what a condom was...ROFL..I've never come across such an explanation ever! For once he was early!..haha..I booked tickets for "Indiana Jones" but since we were 5 minutes late we couldnt get those but the cinema was pretty empty so we managed to get it anywayz.

Since my parents were fans of the series,they insisted we watched all of it.Dad got the collector's edition dvd.So we watched it all in 2days.Therefore I was kinda familiar with the characters and such.But really it was not up to expectation or maybe my expectations for too high.Harrison Ford was wayy too old,the scene in the amazon forest was wayy to fake and no one survies fallin over 3 waterfalls!!! And the worst part of all was the...ALIENS! I felt it was a bit of National Treasure and AVP mix into one flick..ish ish.And again it was a 2 hr flick.Lately I realized I've been watching flicks the day it premiers.haha.how cool is tht :D

It was already 7 something after the movie and went to uncle lim's to grab a bite.Then headed off to the Republic.I was fickle minded on what to get and he just went for the beer.Finally I decided on a "sex on the beach" since it sounded so hott and all.I think it vodka and a few other stuff inside.There was just this long list that I cant remember.lol.Seriously my drink so superr yummy!

He sent me,sonya and my sis to sonya's place and we chilled there till about 12 something.I was really dead tired by the time I got home..

This was first outing after my whole S.A.T lockdown.

I feel so FREE...!

Happy Birthday Dad And A Early Father's Day!!

It was dad's birthday day today and since it was father's day and all this month I decided to cook for him.Being the good daughter I am :P

I have no idea why but this year I've been cooking quite a bit.First I made grill fish with mint sauce.Then it was tacos which I was soo pleased with! This time I decided to make prawn salad for starters,chicken chop for main course and apple pie for dessert.

Started at 10 something in the morning with the apple pie and Ashlee Simpson's I Am Me.And when I was halfway done I realized there wasn't enough crust.The same situation repeated 3 times! I was startin to get really fustrated..*bah*..but it was finally done.And it turned out to into this..

After the baking was done.My mum came into the kitchen and said she's never gonna let me in again.haha.It was in a mess so she helped clean up.lol.Then I did the salad followed by the chicken.For side dishes was mash potatoes and corn.So that took pretty much the whole afternoon.

This was daddy's cake. It was a superr yummy mango cake!

So I was randomly checking mail and such and then realized I got my U.S timing all wrong and that it was already out

I was super nervous to log in and such and then when the page loaded,I did the math and

I knew my math was gonna pull me down.
Cursed geometry!

Well am quite pleased with them though I did expect 1500 but I guess all the crazy nights did pay off.

I can't believe I have more science than math

Besides schoolwork my tv shows are all done with its season
I mean the writer's strike just got over and its already season finale!! WTH
But I'm pleased with both the endings.
On greys..Meridth and McDreamy are FINALLY back!!!! In your face Rose!!!!
And on OTH it was left in suspense yetz again...

It's 3:43 A.M.
And since I felt hardworkin but tired I had a cup coffee with cinnamon!
Wanted to stay up and finish up my math.
But then I felt lazy..*ish*
Now I wanna sleep but can't!!

Just got back from summit.Went to skool this mornin to score my 1103 Math.Kc,Nicolette and Shauny were there.He came late,did a L.A test superr quick and left with his new bf.Apparently he has more than one and am really starting to question his preferences.Nicolette left with them first.Esther called then..shes coming back on sunday!!! *rachey we should do tht gurlie thingg again!* At around 2 something eddy came and got us by cab.Had lunch at Garden cafe at Summit.We never did this in a while but when the 3 of us hangout our conversations alwayz end up in peverted note.lol.Halfway through lunch Kc got me all thinkin again..hate it when she does tht..*bah*..we wondered about and ended up at the arcade.Played spot the difference for the first time.It's kinda addictive actually.Went back by cab at aroun 5 something.Spent about 10 bucks just on transport.I'm gonna try 2 learn to take the bus.Really

Goin to dinner now.My parents are takin 2 kids from the home they're helpin out at for dinner for their graduation or so.Going to Saujana.I get to dress up *beams* and finally wear my blue heels! If I survive in this...I can survive any kind of heels!! It's the ultimate test.Therefore if I pass this with flying colors,am gonna go to Nose and get the maroon ones I saw the other day.

Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspain was pretty good.More action than the first one.I enjoyed this more.And the actors really grew up.It was long though.I couldn't feel my legs after the movie.

Yea I thought Prince Caspian was good lookin :D

I've spent the whole week chillaxin.And i kinda feel bad bout it...

I went to skool on friday
Only to sit in detention for the whole day...with the very rare occasion that I go to skool and whtmore I didn't go for a month...
There were a few of us.Everyone else got sent back to class cept me,zoe,belinda and andrew.
We ended up playing cards and hangman.
I ended up learning how to play blackjack.lol.And zoe's came up with the most intersting animal name for hangman...Woodchuck...apparently its a woodpecker..haha..

Went out with family to summit that nite.Had dinner at Johhny's.I've been cravvin for thai lately newayz.Went dvd shoppin..I got Step Up!! Love tht flick. Watched Ironman..which was pretty good.

My saturday was spent as alwayz.Breakfast at 1 and do notta for the rest of the day.Went out for dinner with the gurl I gave chocolat to.We were suppose to do this 2 months back but somehow it kept getting moved.Had dinner at kenny rogers and dinner convo was purely on dogs.lol.But am real happy that chocolate is in good hands :D Then she had to leave early to visit her cousin at the hospital.So I ended up spendin time with me,myself and I at starbucks.Had my usuall..the caramel frappucino..I ended readin n camwhorin..lol.

And it's finally done!

Am relieved...I spent the past week on all out nerdy mode.Stayed up till 4 in the mornin studying grammar rules and waking up at 10 doing practice papers.I felt a tiny bit guilty at first for the cramming but I realized that you can't really study weeks ahead for this test.I dreaded practicing the essay the most.On thursday nite I went on panicking mode.With all kinds of "what if's" running through my head.But I realized there was no point in doing so.

Only started it at the middle of the week.I wasn't as nervous as I thought I'll be but I didnt really sleep the night before and woke up at exactly 6 a.m. Daddy and I had breakfast at Mcd's in ss15. I didnt dare have the coffee cause it was super thick.Oh and there was a guy who was sitting the other side of the window pane and sleeping with his mouth open.lol.

I had no idea so many ppl taking the s.a.t.When I went into metropolitian,it was pretty much packed.Found the exam hall I was in and had to wait for half an hour before the test began.Malaysian timing..ish ish..the 3 hrs and 45 minutes was abslosute torture! Even during the practice test I alwayz ended up taking more than half an hr breaks.And the stupid chairs!!! My back was hurting like crazy!

I was super excited when it came to section 10.Realizing within 10 minutes,I'll be done. Met up with a fren who use to go to the center at usj 9.Catched up and all,his aiming for 1800! For a scholarship to Texas.

I didn't notice dad waiting there..lolz..till he came and asked me if I was ready to go..haha..blur blur..so since I had a stressful week I decided to hit the gym.Went for a swim after that and came home around 5 something.I slept till 8 something and then couldnt sleep at nite..

Went to Mid Valley on sunday.Did a little shoppin therapy; mostly accessories though.Then got a manicure so now I hava crimson-ish nails.Currently havin a weird obesession with different shades of red. Had lunch at esquire.Went home n slept more.I think I was just plainly tired from the whole week.Catched up on One Tree Hill and Grey's that night.Thank God the writers strike is overr!!!

I'm plannin to chill about this week and get back to skool work.Scores are coming out on may 22nd.So plans hav to made after that...

I had pancakes for dinner! And I made them..! Though they were instant but wth..
Went to the gym yesterday after a looogish time
I don't really like cardio
I should go more often..I know

Been hybernating a lot lately..am gettin fustrated cause of it
I wish I wasn't so tired so much..
It's not like my hours are as crazy as before but I still sleep durin the day quite a bit..*ish*
I miss late nite crazy convo's..nowdayz its mostly on skype, not on my phone
Larry feels neglected..I plainly feel it
Btw I my phone's name is Larry..

I nearly lost Steve (my laptop) this week.My adapter started singing weirdly n I couldn't use it for a while.
I went on panicking mode and insisted to dad that he get me a new one..
But the next day it recovered and it's healthier now..*sigh*..thank goodness!!
I lovee steve too much..But his adapter wire is a bit loose though so yeah...
I feel bad

My mood swings hav been a lil crazy these dayz..I go from angry to bubbly in a couple of minutes..
I think I'm takin the emo-ness and turning into these new emotions so I won't depress myself to much..

I made a wish list yesterday..not on paper but just in my head

I feel motivated!

The lack of updates is because of the S.A.T lockdown...
P.S: It's a personal lockdown..my own intentions..
Though I think I should be studyin more..I've been bummin aroun a wee bit to much..
I SHOULD study MORE!!

I'm proud that I know soo many knew words from my vocab list
Am in the early stages of erudition...and..startin to develop pedantic ways

Am off to do a practice a test!

Vulnerability

Sometimes without realization we put ourselves into such vulnerable positions.We think that by putting ourselves out there that another would understand our past and help us through the future.Secretly hoping that they do not take advantage of it all,knowing all the emotionally weakness and soft points that we carry deep within; revealing only to those that has given us a sense of secruity.

Without realization we show our care and love to another in our on little ways.Most of time without the another knowing the meanings of these little gestures and there are the rare occasion where we speak out our emotions just so its our there and its presence is made known.

Putting oneself out there selflessly is an act of courage and strength that not many possess.Maybe cause of past experiences or a remaining scar that we refuse to let another into our lives.We may have our reasons,nevertheless there are moments where a ray of hope shine's through and there's that tiny voice that rings in your head saying "maybe just maybe it will be different this time" and at times we let that voice get through our screaming consciuous.

This risk can turn out to be a start of something wonderful or it could be what your conscious was killing you about.But then there are the callous people.The most cruel of sort.The kind that is subtle at first and just when you have faith over the top,they push you of the cliff and leave you to fall face first.That's the kind that hurt the most and your couscious takes over from here, killing you about your doltishness.That's the kind that mixes anger and fustration and pain,balling up into this bitterness that you carry along with you till the day you decide to forgive and let go.

I've put myself in situations like this quite a few times but the most recent was totally unexpected.At first I was just plainly so mad..truly I've never been so angry at a person before..I think it was mostly fustration and disappointment.Just a huge percentage of it Disappointment though.But I'm takin it all in and sorting it out in my own way,this time without anger getting in and taking over.Personally anger just kills you and it's the one thing that I never wanna kept within and hold on to.So am letting it all go and taking it as another lesson learned the hard wayy...
